How to Shop at OGAWA Online Store

Shopping is easy and convenient, just follow these simple steps:

In certain circumstances, the system may erroneously list out-of-stock or non-existent products or colour options. Should this occur, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order(s).

Shopping Cart

All items in the shopping cart that have not been paid for will not be reserved, and their prices are not locked. If an item in your cart becomes out of stock, the system will prompt you with a message, and you must remove the item to proceed to payment. Please confirm the details of the items selected in your shopping cart (including model number, colour, and price) before payment, as no changes can be made once the order has entered the payment process.

Wishlist

If you wish to purchase an item later, you can move it from your "Shopping Cart" to your "Wishlist" to easily find your preferred choices for future shopping.

Out-of-Stock Products

If the product you ordered is currently out of stock, we will cancel that item from your order and notify you. You will not be charged for products that have not been shipped.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

Only one delivery address can be entered per order. If you wish to send different products to different addresses, please place separate orders. For your convenience in future shopping, the system will automatically save all entered addresses in the "Delivery Address" section under "My Account".
